On 02/03/26, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kruz Long conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPA met with Director Tamika Addison and explained the purpose of the visit. There are 19 children and 4 staff present in the TP classroom where the incident occurred. The purpose of the visit is to follow up on an incident that occurred on 01/23/26 and was reported to the department on 01/27/26. The self reported incident is regarding neglect and supervision. During today's visit, LPA interviewed Staff #1(S1) in the conference room, toured the TP classroom with S1 and reviewed video footage of the incident. Based on interview, observations and video footage viewed, there were no corroborating information to determine that there was neglect or lack of supervision. The facility is not being cited any deficiencies today. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report and appeal rights was provided to the Director. A Notice of Site Visit was provided; Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 days.
