What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Steven Tung conducted a case management inspection to follow-up with an incident that occurred on 09/02/2022. On 09/02/2022, it was reported that a staff member observed 2 children together - 1 of the children with their shorts down. On 09/09/2022, LPA conducted interviews with staff members and child. LPA also reveiwed children's records and obtained photos of the outdoor play area, class schedules, class rosters, class emergency contacts, and written reports from staff and other relevant parties. The investigation will continue to conduct interviews and gather additional documentation. Exit interview was conducted with Coordinator of Preschool Services, Sofia Valdez. A copy of this report was provided. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
