Supervision shall include visual observation.This requirement is not met as evidence by: Based on interview, Licensee did not ensure children were supervised visually at all times, as two children were out of view of Staff #1 for an unknown amount of time, while outside. This posed a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
