What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Seung Lee contacted the facility via telephone in order to conduct a video inspection of the facility. LPA Lee spoke to Director Lillian Aguilar during the video call. The purpose of video inspection was to ensure that facility was compliant with title 22 regulations and up to date guidelines for child care centers. All areas identified on the facility sketch were inspected. Teacher to child ratios were observed to be in accordance with Title 22 regulations. All children were observed to be under visual supervision of a teacher at all times. LPA observed all required forms/publications to be posted and visible to children's authorized representatives. The Licensee is within the conditions, limitations, and capacity specified on the license. The facility was observed to be in compliance with current guidelines for COVID-19 prevention. Furniture and equipment were observed to be in good repair, free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. All indoor classrooms were observed to be safe and clean during the video inspection. All toilets and hand washing facilities were observed to be safe and sanitary operating conditions. Outdoor play equipment was observed to be in good condition, free of sharp, loose or pointed parts. LPA did not observe any bodies of water during this visit. Areas around and/or under climbing equipment, swings and slides were observed to have sand as a cushioning material to absorb a fall. Director there are no weapons or firearms on the premises.At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there are no citations being issued today. An exit phone interview has been conducted with Director Lillian Aguilar . Appeal rights were explained. A copy of this report has been signed by LPA Seung Lee. This report and appeal rights will be scanned and emailed to Director, who understands that an electronic read receipt and/or confirmation of receipt of the e-mail confirms receipt of the report and constitutes an electronic signature. A hard copy of this report, from LIC 9224 and Appeal rights has been placed in the mail and Director agrees to sign the bottom of each page and return to the originals to LPA Lee in person or via U.S. Mail.
