Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cynthia Reyes, conducted an unannounced site follow up Inspection to reinspect and remeasure the requested Toddler Option and preschool class rooms indoors and outdoors for capacity determination. LPA met with Kym Allen, Facilities and Licensing Planner. Due to COVID- 19 precautionary measures were taken during the entire inspection and all individuals present during this inspection wore appropriate personal protective equipment. The licensee is requesting to now change their request and have 2 rooms (K1 & K3) for the Toddler Option (18 to 36 months) and decrease the Preschool (2-5 year olds) and only use 2 rooms (H3 and H4). The facility is already licensed for 101 preschool children and now will decrease to 53 preschool children and have 48 Toddlers (24 in each room K1 & K3). Days & Hours for the preschool and proposed toddler option will be Monday- Friday 7:30 AM-3:30 PM. Measurements were taken of both the Preschool and Toddler Option on 01/13/2022. Measurements were determined to have outdoor capacity of 124 for the preschool yard and 56 for the toddler yard. Application will be approved and licensed for the capacity requested above for both the preschool and toddlers. Fire clearance is on file and approved for the requested capacity above. Exit interview conducted with Mr. Kym Allen and a signed copy of this report and the notice of site visit was provided on this date. .
