Although an allegation was made, evidence obtained did not reveal any witnesses or supporting evidence, and interviews conducted did not corroborate the allegations. Staff denied observing any staff member hit a child in care at any time. As of 08/08/24, the alleged staff#1 had not worked at the center for over 1 year and 4 months. Based on the information obtained, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that personal rights were violated. The allegation may have happened or is valid, but there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. The allegations are determined to be Unsubstantiated. Appeal rights were provided and discussed with the facility representative. A Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
