What the inspector wrote

An unannounced case management site inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Seung Lee , who met with Site Director Adriana Vasquez. This facility is a school age program that normally operate Monday to Friday 6:30AM - 8:00AM and then again from around 12:30PM - 6:00PM. During the inspection LPA Lee observed a total of 2 children with the site Director in the classroom. Later on during the inspection 7 more children arrived into the classroom. The purpose of the inspection was to review staff and children's files at the facility. During a previous inspection conducted on 01/27/2025 LPA Lee was not able to conduct a file review. During the inspection LPA Lee reviewed files for children in care and staff members. The files and required paperwork were available to view using a tablet computer at the facility. Based on the information reviewed during file review, there were no deficiencies cited during this inspection. CPR/First Aid expires on 07/2025 for the Director. The notice of site inspection must remain posted for 30 days during hours of operation. Failure to maintain posting during business hours will result a in a civil penalty of $100.00 dollars. Exit interview conducted with with Site Director Adriana Vasquez. Appeal rights discussed and explained.
