Correction check·May 30, 2025

On May 30, 2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Monique Ayala and Diana Ortiz conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection \342\200\223 Plan of Correction at the above facility. LPAs met with School Principal, Jonhnie Mendrin. LPAs did not observe any children in care as the preschool does not operate on Friday's. The purpose of this inspection is to ensure that the facility is in compliance with Title 22 Regulations and the deficiencies cited on 05/15/2025 were corrected. Licensing staff observed and reviewed the following: \302\267 The facility has an operable carbon monoxide \302\267 The facility has removed all cleaning solutions that were accessible to children \302\267 The facility has tight fitted trash cans \302\267 The facility staff have a current mandated reporter training \302\267 Facility staff have a signed LIC9052 \302\267 The facility has completed menu's posted As observed that the above deficiencies have not been corrected. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to School Principal, Johnnie Mendrin along with Appeal Rights. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
