Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced annual continuation inspection at the Early Learning Program-El Rancho Unified School District located at 9426 Marjorie Street, Pico Rivera, CA 90660 on 5/21/26. The purpose of this inspection is to review children's files as they were not available for review at North Ranchito facility during the required annual inspection conducted on 05/21/26. LPA met with Natalia Gonzales, Director who provided LPA with children's files for review. LPA observed children's files reviewed to be complete. LPA issued the Children's Records Review (LIC 857) to the director during this inspection which documents files that were reviewed during this inspection. At this time, the facility is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. No deficiencies cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit Interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to director Natalia Gonzales.
