On 09/20/2022, LPA Clayton conducted an un-announced visit to deliver the findings on the above allegations. LPA was greeted by Violet Edwards, Director. LPA toured the facility for Health & Safety inspection. LPA Clayton observed 47 children being supervised and cared for appropriately by 8 teachers. During the investigation LPA Clayton visited the campus on 3 occasions, and interviewed the Director, Assistant Director and teachers. During each of the unannounced inspections, LPA Clayton observed the classrooms to have the correct teacher student ratios according to Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1. Based on LPAs interviews and record review(s), the above allegation(s) are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Violet Edwards, Director. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
