During the investigation, LPA interviewed staff, parents and children. Based on evidence obtained, observations and interviews conducted, the allegation is deemed Unsubstantiated. There were no corroborating disclosures and no supporting evidence pertaining to allegations that staff inappropriately disciplined day care children. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that alleged violations did or did not occur. No deficiencies are being cited in accordance to Title 22 of the California Code of regulations and/or Health & Safety Codes. Exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report, appeals rights and a notice of site visit were discussed and provided to the Director, Sandra Hutson.
