On 05/07/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cristina Castellanos conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of ensuring the standards are being met in accordance with California Tittle 22 Regulations and California Health and Safety Codes. LPA met with Director Felicia Flores and toured the facility both indoors and outdoors. During today\342\200\231s inspections there were 43 children and 7 adult staff members providing care and supervision. LPA reminded Director Flores that the facility shall notified the department of any changes made to the facility: Per Title 22, Division 12 Chapter 1 Article 07. Physical Environment section 101237(a) Alterations to Existing Buildings or New Facilities (a) Prior to construction or alterations, the licensee shall notify the Department of the proposed change(s). There were no citations issued during today\342\200\231s inspection. An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report (LIC 809) and Notice of Site Visit was provided to facility director Felicia Flores.
