What the inspector wrote

Page 2 On 9/6/2023 interviews of staff and director were initiated. On 11/21/2023 interviews of all relevant parties were completed. Based on record review, interviews of all relevant parties and review of relevant documents, no information was disclosed that children\342\200\231s personal rights were violated by not changing diapers in a timely manner, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove or disapprove of the allegation, therefore the allegations are found to be unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of the report was provided.
