On 09/04/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tyra Chavies conducted an unannounced case management- other. LPA met with Director, Roxana Sanchez.\302\240 LPA informed director about the purpose of the visit and toured the facility. LPA observed 10 infants being supervised by 4 teachers. LPA advised director that the phone number 310-371-4503 was currently not working. Per Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR) 101224 (a) All child care centers shall have working telephone service on the premises. Director did provided LPA with a new number 424-634-7022 and alternate number 424-634-7014. There are no deficiencies being cited. An exit interview was conducted with Director, Roxana Sanchez, this report was read and a copy issued. Notice of site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
