What the inspector wrote

On 09/16/2025,  Licensing Program Analyst, LPA, Tyra Chavies conducted an unannounced  case management visit- other. LPA Chavies toured the facility and met with Lead Teacher, Linda Seam. There were 42 children being supervised and cared for by 10 staff members. While touring the facility, LPA observed the back door in the Mary Mack classroom unable to open fully, making it a potential hazard. Per Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations,  "All outdoor and indoor passageways, stairways, inclines, ramps, open porches and other areas of potential hazard shall be kept free of obstruction." This facility is being given a Technical Violation, Please see LIC 9102. An exit interview was conducted, report was reviewed and provided to Lead Teacher Linda Seam. Notice of site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
