What the inspector wrote

evidence to substantiate the allegation of Neglect/Lack of Supervision - Staff do not provide adequate care and supervision to the daycare children. Therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated meaning although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report, appeal rights along with Notice of Site Visit was provided.
