The confidential interviews revealed pertinent parties denying the allegations. The interviews with parents and staff denied concerns regarding the amount of water available for children and cleaning products being accessible to children in care. The interviews revealed that children are recommended to bring their own bottle or hyrdoflask to be refilled during the program. Per Director, children are provided with cups of water in the event that the child forgets to bring their own bottle or hydroflask. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that children are limited in the water they can drink and that cleaning supplies are accessible to children ; therefore, the complaint allegations are unsubstantiated. No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. A Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal rights were provided and discussed with the facility representative. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of the report was provided to Director, Evelyn Garibay.
