Facility-requested visit·September 28, 2023

On 9/28/2023 at 9:50 A.M., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jillinda Chandler made an announced "Case Management- Licensee Initiated" visit to the First Lutheran Infant-Toddler Center, for the purpose of adding a toddler option to the infant program. The Licensee is requesting a capacity of 16 infants, ages 0-2 years and 16 toddlers 18-36 months. LPA was provided a tour by Margarita Aguilar the director of the program. LPA inspected and measured 2 classrooms: the toddler and infant classrooms are between the two preschool and kindergarten classrooms. The following measurements were taken indoors and outdoors: Infant classroom measured 441.6816 for a total of 12 children Toddler classroom measured 420.56 for a total of 12 children Infant yard measured 1054.36 for a total of 14 children Toddler yard measured 767.92 for a total of 10 children There were 3 toilets and 3 sinks Based on todays observations the center shall be granted an infant license with a toddler component, with a capacity of 24 children. During todays visit LPA advised the director to provide updated documents for the facility file. This report was discussed an a copy was provided to Margarita Aguilar - director.
