What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ashley Calderon conducted a Case Management Visit - Other to review documents needed to submit to Licensing Department due to changes in the home addressed on visit date 9/29/25. LPA met wit h Licensee Ernestine Blanchard and LPA disclosed purpose of the visit. Licensee had called for assistant due to age of Licensee came to assist Licensee as the facility. LPA observed 5 children (one which was an infant), Licensee was present with two staff assistant both whom were fingerprinted cleared. Licensee submitted LIC279 Application for updates and LIC9182 Criminal Background Clearance Transfer Sheet Request, both were submitted to LPA Calderon on visit due date
