Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

*Amended to revise LPA statement* On 6/18/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ranita Richmond and Chartrice Johnson completed a follow-up complaint investigation. During inspection, LPAs toured the facility, obtained pertinent documents and interviewed children. Between 05/27/25 and 7/14/25 LPA Richmond made multiple attempts to contact reporting party and parents of children enrolled in the above-mentioned Child-Care Center to conduct interviews. A full investigation was conducted which included observations, records reviews, and interviews. Based on observations, record reviews, and interviews, there is not sufficient evidence to show that personal rights were violated. Therefore, the above allegations are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. Per Title 22 Regulations and Health and Safety Codes, no citations were issued. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report was read and provided to director Ilona Gergi. Notice of Site Visit was provided and required to be posted for 30 days. page 2 of 2
