What the inspector wrote

On February 19, 2026, at 2:10 pm Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Priscilla Ochoa conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection \342\200\223 Plan of Correction at the above facility. LPA met with Director, Jordann Piegalski who provided a tour of the facility. This is a preschool program that operates Monday \342\200\223 Friday from 8:00 am \342\200\223 6:00 pm. The preschool is on the same grounds as Hollywood Schoolhouse Elementary. Per Director, there are 40 preschool aged children enrolled in the program and LPA observed 35 preschool children in care along with 4 staff members. The purpose of this inspection is to ensure that the facility is in compliance with Title 22 Regulations and the deficiencies cited on 02/04/2026 were corrected. Licensing staff observed and reviewed the following: \302\267 Facility has purchased a life ring with a minimum exterior diameter of 17 inches with a United States Coast Guard approval label \302\267 Staff have completed childcare Mandated Reporter training Letters of Deficiencies Citations Cleared were provided for deficiencies corrected. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Jordann Piegalski. Page 1 of 1
