Facility-requested visit·September 11, 2023

On 09/11/2023 @ 3:15 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Miriam Cohen made an announced visit for the purpose of conducting a Case Management inspection for a Toddler Option to the Preschool license # 191800679. The request is for 118 Preschooler and 28 Toddlers. Facility has been operating with a preschool capacity of 146 prior to requesting the Toddler option. LPA met with Director Sarah Klinger and toured the facility. The measurements are as follows: (See Capacity Worksheet attached) Based on the measurements taken in today's inspection, the asking capacity of 28 will be granted. The preschool classrooms will have a capacity of 118 and the Toddler rooms will have a capacity of 28. The Preschool play yard has a capacity of 146 and the Toddler play yard has a capacity of 13. Fire Clearance was granted on 08/17/2023. The facility was advised to follow the staffing ratio per Title 22 Regulations at all times and if adjustments are implemented, they must meet the Title 22 Regulations to assure the continuity of care to children in care.
