On Friday, January 16, 2026 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Joanne Solorio-Campos and Caroline Nguyen conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection for the purpose of delivering an amended report. Upon arrival LPA’s were met by Operations Director, America Rios, whom the purpose of the visit was explained. Census was taken, 8 children and 9 staff members were present. The purpose of today's inspection was to obtain the facility representative's signature on an amended report. The Amended report is the LIC809-C that contains the closing statements that was created on 01/15/2026. LPA’s explained and reviewed what was being amended on the LIC809-C and facility Operations Director signed the amended report that was generated. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Operations Director, America Rios.
