Action Level Exceedance (ALE) in kitchen faucet with 6.1 UG/L lead. Facility will cease use of affected faucet and use alternative kitchen faucet (0.58 UG/L, no exceedance) for drinking water. Planned removal of third untested faucet.

  • Facility will use alternative kitchen faucet (Sample B, 0.58 UG/L) without exceedance
  • Third faucet (Sample C) not tested; facility plans to remove it
