Correction check·September 17, 2025

On 9/17/2025 at 1:15 pm Licensing Program Analyst Claudia Kam conducted a Case Management inspection at the above facility to follow up on Plan of Corrections. LPA announced purpose of inspection and met with Facility Representative/ Principle, Dr. La Royce Murphy who granted entry to facility. Census was taken. LPA observed agenda and sign in sheet for all staff training on active supervision and creating a welcoming environment which included safety in the classroom and outside conducted. New school directives have been given to staff as preventative measures. New straps have been added to all cabinets and staff have been directed to store all personal items in a locked cabinet. Deficiency has been cleared and letter provided to facility representative. The facility was found in compliance per Title 22 regulations, there will be no deficiencies cited today 9/17/2025. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Facility Representative, Principle Dr. La Royce Murphy.
