On 10/29/25 LPA Claudia Kam arrived at 11:05 am to conduct a case management visit at the above facility for the purpose of reviewing parental rights. Upon arrival, LPA met with Dr. LaRoyce Murphy, who provided LPA a tour of the facility. LPA observed proper care and supervision. LPA observed parental rights posted outside of the entry door and in the building on the licensing board. LPA reviewed parent handbook and parental rights is in the handbook in English and Spanish. LPA reviewed with principle parental rights and per facility representative she is aware of parental rights and ensures that parental rights are respected and met. The facility was found in compliance per Title 22 regulations, there will be no deficiencies cited today 10/29/2025. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Principle/Facility Representative Dr. LaRoyce Murphy.
