Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Claudia Kam conducted a case management visit at the above facility. The purpose of today's inspection was to follow up on a Unusual Incident (UIR) submitted on 10/18/24 regarding personal rights. Upon arrival, LPAs met with head teacher Antonia Magana. All staff were at lunch and would not return till 1:30p and principle and office manager were in an all day meeting. All children were napping at time of visit. LPA will return to follow up on UIR to allow for a full follow up. The facility was found in compliance per Title 22 regulations, there will be no deficiencies cited today, 10/25/24. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the Facility Representative.
