What the inspector wrote

On 4/27/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brittany Lovest conducted an unannounced case management visit. Upon arrival, LPA Lovest met with Principal Felicia Torrence . LPA explained the purpose of the visit and was granted entry into the facility. LPA observed 70 children in care, supervised by 14 staff members . The purpose of today’s visit w as to follow up on a self reported Unusual Incident Report (LIC 624) submitted to Community Care Licensing on 04/07/2026 , alleging that a teacher violated a child’s personal rights. During the visit, LPA Lovest collected the facility roster and personnel information and interviewed the Principal (S3). LPA requested staff statements and all documents related to the incident. LPA informed the Principal that any documentation not available during today’s visit must be submitted to LPA via email. Based on the information obtained, further investigation is required . An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report and the Notice of Sit e Visit were p rovide d.
