What the inspector wrote

On 11/5/24 at 12:45 p.m. Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Claudia Kam conducted a case management visit at the above facility for the purpose of follow up on multiple unusual incident reports reported on 10/09/2024 and 10/08/2024. Upon arrival, LPA met with principle Kandis Hamblet, who provided LPA a tour of the facility. LPA observed proper care and supervision. LPA completed child records review, inspection of the areas where the incidents took place playground and bathrooms. Play structure was observed to be free of loose or sharp edges and bathroom was in working condition with no hazards at time of inspection. Interview was conducted with staff, children were napping at time of visit. Parent was notified of the incident, via a first aid report on the day of the incidents and incidents were observed by staff. Based on the available information it does not appear this incident was the result of a Title 22 violation for lack of care and supervision. The facility was found in compliance per Title 22 regulations, there will be no deficiencies cited today 11/5/2024. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
