What the inspector wrote

On 5/21/2025 at 1:30 p.m. Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Claudia Kam conducted a case management visit at the above facility for the purpose of follow up on an unusual incident reports reported on 5/20/2025. Upon arrival, LPA met with principle, facility representative (FR) Kandis Hamblet, who provided LPA a tour of the facility. LPA observed proper care and supervision. LPA completed child records review, and inspection of the playground where the incident took place. Play area and seating was observed to be free of loose parts or sharp edges, with no hazards at time of inspection. Interview was conducted with staff, child was napping at time of visit. Parent was notified of the incident, first aid was administered, accident report was provided to the parent on the day of the incident and incident was observed by staff. Based on the available information it does not appear this incident was the result of a Title 22 violation for lack of care and supervision. The facility was found in compliance per Title 22 regulations, there will be no deficiencies cited today 5/21/2025. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
