What the inspector wrote

On 9/14/21 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeanette Estrada conducted an unannounced inspection at the facility for a Case Management regarding Implementation of Covid 19 guidance . LPA met with Director Ana Fragoso Tovalin. There were 28 children with 4 staff present. LPA conducted a follow up on implementation of Covid 19 guidance. LPA and Director discussed how recommendations are being practiced at the center. Per Director guidance is being followed and Staff have been trained on Covid 19 prevention, symptoms and transmissions. LPA observed various posters with information regarding Covid 19. LPA observed children wearing masks and staff wearing masks. LPA observed Director conducting health screenings prior to staff and parent entrance. Per Director, they are following health department guidance on quarantine and closures when needed. No deficiencies were cited today. Exit interview was conducted with Director Ana Fragoso-Tovalin. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) and the Appeal Rights were given and explained to the Facility Representative.
