Follow-up on corrections·January 7, 2026

Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Tatiana Bickham and Decondia Ferguson conducted an unannounced Case Management Visit to this facility. While conducting an alternate visit at Haddon Avenue Early Education Center on 1/07/26, the following technical violation were observed. At 9:30 AM, LPAs observed a child moving around the classroom while other children were seated at tables engaged in activities. The child attempted to push the classroom door to exit the room. LPA Ferguson blocked the door and prevented the child from exiting. LPAs did not observe any of the three staff members in the classroom notice the child moving around the room or approaching the door. The following technical violation is being cited in accordance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. An exit interview was conducted with Principal, Patricia Razo and Appeals Rights provided.
