Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Lilia Hernandez and Daniel Bombino conducted an unannounced inspection on 07/23/2025. The purpose of the visit was to ensure that the health, safety, personal rights, licensing conditions and limitations are being followed as required by Title 22 Regulations. LPAs arrived at the facility at 2:47PM and met with Maria Perez, Head Teacher who guided LPAs on the tour of facility. LPAs observed 23 children and 17 staff upon arrival. This facility is funded by the California Department of Education and operating under Title 5 staffing ratios. Criminal record clearance was not reviewed. However, per condition of employment with the Los Angeles Unified School District, all individual\342\200\231s present have obtained a criminal record clearance or criminal record exemption. During the inspection, children were indoors engaged in free play. There were no deficiencies cited during today's inspection. The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative.
