What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilia Hernandez conducted an unannounced case management inspection due to a self reported incidences that occurred at the facility. LPA arrived at the facility at 8:50AM and met with Jennifer Movsessian, Principal, who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. There were 47 children in care and 18 staff present upon arrival. On 01/30/2025, an incident was reported to the facility that may have happened on 01/23/2025. The facility reported the incident to the Department on 01/30/2025, via email. The facility reported the Unusual Incident to the Department within the required 24 hours of occurrence. Information reported to the Department indicated that Staff #1 may have violated the personal rights of Child #1 while child was in care. LPA conducted interviews with the Principal, Staff #6 through Staff #8, and Child #1. Based on disclosures and information obtained during the interviews, there was no deficiency at this time. Subsequently, the facility reported an incident that occurred on 01/30/2025. The facility reported the incident to the Department on 01/30/2025, via email. The facility reported the Unusual Incident to the Department within the required 24 hours of occurrence. Information reported to the Department indicated that Staff #2 may have violated the personal rights of Child #2 while child was in care. LPA conducted interviews with the Principal, Staff #1 through Staff #5, Parent #1, Child #2 and Child #3. Additional information is needed to determined if the personal rights of child #2 were violated. There were no deficiencies cited during today’s inspection. The Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Jennifer Movsessian, Principal.
