What the inspector wrote

On 07/10/2025, at 1:46 pm , Licensing Program Analyst(LPA) Shushanik Safaryan conducted an unannounced Case Management deficiency inspection to the above facility. Upon arrival LPA met with Catherine Chu, licensee who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this inspection, Licensee`s husband Leng Chu was present too .LPA observed 2 napping children. Per licensee, 3 children enrolled. During the visit , LPA observed Licensee was missing Pediatric first aid and Pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). LPA discussed with the licensee at least one director or teacher at each day care center shall have CPR of first Aid . Per licensee, she did the training in May .Licensee called the training provider who stated it was not pediatric. Licensee sated she will enroll in correct class and obtain certificates . Based on the LPA\342\200\231s observations and records reviews, the following deficiency listed on the attached LIC 809D (Deficiency page) are being cited in accordance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Deficiencies that are being cited need to be cleared to protect the children\342\200\231s health and safety. Exit interview conducted with Catherine Chu on 07/10/2025. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
