What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) A. Carter conducted a Plan of Correction (POC) inspection on today 11/04/25. LPA met with Facility representative Lisa Salazar, Director and was taken a tour of the facility. The purpose of the POC inspection was to clear the deficiency cited on 08/29/24. LPA observed 6 children and 5 staff during inspection visit. LPA observed the following: \302\267 LPA observed staff files, Facility representative (S1) completed Mandated reporter training on 09/03/24. Based on LPA's records review, POC has been cleared. LPA provided licensee with Letter of Deficiency Cleared Citations Cleared. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Facility representative, Lisa Salazar.
