Staff # 1-2 corroborated that if children are having a hard time during nap they rock them, pat them and make sure that all of their needs are met. If children continue to cry they are taken outdoors to play. LPA conducted interviews with children. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging Licensee hit day care child and licensee yells at children. Based upon the evidence as presented above, the allegation has been determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding of Unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore at this time the above allegation is unsubstantiated.
