Based on interviews that were conducted with three random parents no disclosures were made. Based on interviews that were conducted with three staff, they do not yell at children. Per staff, they will talk louder than their normal voice to get children’s attention, but never yell at children or been aggressive. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore at this time the above allegation is Unsubstantiated. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days . Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Liouba Gasparian, director at 3:00 p.m.. REPORT END 2 of 2
