LPA Clayton observed 27 children being supervised and cared for appropriately by 8 fingerprint cleared staff. Details : On 05/08/26 at 12:00 PM S1 was changing C1’s diaper and noticed bruises behind C1 legs. RP states C1 didn't come to school two days before. Police were called, police did arrive on site and interviewed the child. Nothing else was reported. Update: the child has not returned to the center since May 9, 2026. During today’s visit, LPA Clayton toured the facility for a Health and Safety inspection and obtained a facility roster, personnel report and documents related to the unusual incident.
