Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nolan Tcheng conducted an unannounced Annual Continuation visit to International Institute of Los Angeles head office at 3845 Selig Pl. Los Angeles, CA 90031. The purpose of today’s visit is to conduct file review for the above facility, as they were not available for review at Aliso Pico Preschool during the Annual inspection conducted on 05/21/2025. Upon arrival at 8:30am, LPA met with Assistant Division Director/Program Director Lupe Granados, to whom the purpose of the inspection was explained. This is a commercial office building and not a child care facility. No children were present during today’s inspection. During today’s visit, nine staff files were reviewed. LPA provided Review of Staff Records (LIC859). At this time, the facility is in compliance with California Code of Regulations, Title 22. No deficiencies are being cited. Exit interview was conducted with Assistant Division Director/Program Director Lupe Granandos, at 9:30am. Copy of report was provided. END OF REPORT
