Pre-licensing visit·May 3, 2023

On 05/03/2023 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Deborah Lowe met with Applicant, Noesh Nordagoda and Director, Darlene Cabrera. The purpose of the visit was an announce pre-licensing inspection at the facility to ensure that health, safety and personal rights as requires by Title 22 and Health and Safety Regulations governing California Child Care Centers will be met. There were no children present during this inspection. The child care center will operate Monday \342\200\223 Friday 7:00 a.m. \342\200\223 6:00 p.m. The fire clearance was approved on 01/11/2023. Facility is located on the corner unit of an outdoor business plaza. On 02/10/2023 LPA Lowe conducted a pre-licensing visit at the facility. During the visit on 02/10/2023 LPA Lowe toured and measured the on-limits areas and classroom located at the facility. On 05/03/2023 LPA Lowe conducted a 2 nd pre-licensing visit due to applicant has made changes to the floor plan. LPA Lowe took new measurements of the on-limits areas. Classroom measurements as of 05/03/2023 are : Indoor total measurements: 1,427.63 square (sq) feet (ft) divided by 35 sq ft = 40 children. Indoor Play measurements as of 05/03/2023 are: Facility does not have outdoor space. Applicant has created two designed indoor play areas to be used for gross motor. Indoor play area measurements: 1,253.38 sq ft. Applicant has submitted an outdoor waiver request. An exit interview was conducted with the above items discussed and a copy of appeal rights and this report was provided to the Applicant, Noesh Nordagoda and Director, Darlene Cabrera. Final license determination will be made upon review by the Licensing Program Manager.
