**THIS IS AN AMENDED REPORT WHICH SUPERSEDES THE PREVIOUS REPORT.* Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tatiana Bickham conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) Visit on 12/17/2025 at 12:10 PM. Upon arrival, LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and met with Licensee's Sergio Guerra & Olinda Chicas, who guided the LPA on a tour of the facility. There were 7 day care children present during today\342\200\231s inspection. During the Annual Required Inspection/Capacity Increase conducted on 12/02/25, the following deficiency was issued: Type A - 102416.5(c ) / Capacity. 102416.5(c )- On 12/2/25 the Licensee submitted a schedule for the day-care children to the LPA, ensuring that the enrolled children's times are staggered and overlapping in a way that prevents the number of children present from exceeding their capacity. During today's inspection, LPA observed the facility was operating within the capacity and limitations outlined in the license. LPA also observed LIC 9224 Acknowledgement Receipt of Licensing Reports. The deficiency noted above has been cleared and no further action is needed.
