Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On 5/21/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), V Wheatley conducted an inspection and met with licensee Angelica Guerrero. LPA observed 4 children on the premises. The children were supervised properly. The licensee's adult son and three minor children were present on the premises. The licensee's adult daughter arrived during the inspection. On 3/19/24 (LPA) V. Wheatley conducted an inspection and met with licensee. LPA observed 5 children (2 infants) in the backyard eating lunch and later napping. The children were supervised by the licensee's two brothers. The adults present were fingerprint cleared. LPA learned the licensee's adult daughter's former boyfriend recorded a video inside the daycare room of the day care children. LPA observed the video of the children. Licensee states she was unaware of the video recording. Based on the LPA's observations and interviews which were conducted, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be substantiated. Unfingerprinted adult on the premises. Exit interview conducted. A copy the report was read and provided to the licensee.
