An informal meeting was conducted via Microsoft Teams on 12/18/2023, at 4PM, to clarify a few items listed on the application for HRASHQ PRE-SCHOOL, INC. #195700130. Present during this informal meeting was, Rita Ramos Licensing Program Manager (LPM), Joe Katrdzhyan Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), and Applicant / Greta Paronyan.. During this meeting the following items were discussed: \302\267 PARONYAN & KIRAKOSYAN FAMILY CHILD CARE #197494971 was closed on 8/21/23. \302\267 A new application will be submitted for a Family Child Care Home listing Garik Kirakosyan as the Licensee. \302\267 Greta Paronyan does not meet the requirements/qualifications to be the Director for HRASHQ PRE- SCHOOL, INC. #195700130. \302\267 Applicant will submit all Director qualifications for new Director for HRASHQ PRE-SCHOOL, INC. #195700130. An exit interview was conducted with Greta Paronyan in which it has been explained that this report shall be furnished via email for review and signature. Also requesting that the signed report shall be returned to the CCLD office.
