Pre-licensing visit·March 21, 2024

On 03/21/2024 at 10:45AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Laticia Thompson, conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) Inspection for the single license application. LPA met with Kevin Chong Yi (Applicant) and toured the facility. There were 7 preschooler, 3 infants and 2 Staff members present. The purpose of this visit is to verify plan of corrections from the Prelicensing Inspection visit on 02/08/2024. Per LPA observations, there are corrections still pending. Applicant needs to repair/replace cushioning on brick wall near Roscoe blvd and ensure casing that contain water meters on the preschool outdoor activity space are inaccessible to children. An exit interview was conducted with the applicant. LPA provided appeal rights and a copy of this report. Final license determination will be made upon review by the Licensing Program Manager and waiver approval.
