This meeting was conducted in English and Armenian. On 8/13/24, at 10AM, Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Rita Ramos and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joe Katrdzhyan met with Licensee, Gor Mnatsakanyan, for an in-person informal meeting at the El Segundo North Regional Office. The purpose of the informal meeting was to discuss information and documentation submitted to the Department showing legal separation from ex-wife Shushanik Grigoryan. Licensee, Shushanik Grigoryan is also a licensed Family Child Care Provider, license # 197493473 / Grigoryan Family Child Care. Gor Mnatsakanyan had agreed to submit the documentation showing legal separation no later than 07/05/24. Gor Mnatsakanyan provided divorce documentation on 06/07/24. In review of the divorce documentation submitted, it was discovered that the documents are from the state of Nevada and they indicate that the place of residence for Licensee was a Nevada residence. Per Gor Mnatsakanyan, they used to reside in Nevada during the approximate period of October 2019 - March 2020 (6 - 8 months). A written declaration was provided during the meeting. Per Licensee, they resided in the city of Sherman Oaks, CA from 2013 to 2018 when they were married. LPM and LPA asked Licensee when they were residing in Nevada during the period of 6 - 8 months, who was providing licensed child care at Grigoryan and Mnatsakanyan Family Child Care #197494320 in which he obtained a Family Child Care Home license effective 09/30/19. Per Gor, the Co-licensee / Hovhannes Grigoryan was either caring for children in care or was probably closed due to COVID-19. Gor does not know because he was residing in Nevada. Pg. 1 of 2 Based on disclosure and information provided during today\342\200\231s informal meeting, LPM and LPA advised Licensee, Gor Mnatsakanyan, that a discussion will be held with the Regional Manager to determine if anything else will be requested of Licensee.
