What the inspector wrote

On 5/19/2026 at 10:22 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeanine Lipsey conducted an unannounced Case Management - Deficiencies visit . LPA met with Assistant Valeria Quiros who lead LPA on a tour of the facility. LPA toured the home and observed 5 children in care being supervised by 2 adults. Licensee was not present during the visit. LPA observed the pool to have the incorrect lIfe ring. The life ring must be 17 inches and have the United States Coast Guard Approval label on it. Licensee was advised to obtain the correct life ring during LPA's visit on 5/5/26. Based on todays observation, the licensee will be sited a Type B violation. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Assistant Valeria Quiros. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days
