On 05/29/2024 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Laticia Thompson met with Eliza Enbom, Director. The purpose of the visit was an announced Prelicensing Inspection at the facility to ensure that health, safety and personal rights as required by Title 22 and Health and Safety Regulations governing California Child Care Centers will be met. There were no children present during this inspection. This is an application for a Single License with a Total capacity of 96; Preschoolers. ages 2 years into entry of 1 st grade. The child care center will operate Monday \342\200\223 Friday 7:30a.m. \342\200\223 6:00 p.m. The fire clearance was approved on 01/03/2024. Today\342\200\231s visit is for the purpose of obtaining measurements of the proposed indoor and outdoor space. The facility has a total of 6 classrooms. Preschoolers will have access to a total of 6 Toilets and 12 sinks. LPA toured and measured the on-limits areas. Preschool Classroom measurements are : The Indoor measurements contain a total of 3,293.69 which will not accommodate Applicant\342\200\231s request for 96 children. Based on today's measurements the facility capacity limit for indoor space is a total of 94 children. Preschool Outdoor Play measurements are: The outdoor activity space measurements contain a total of 9,765.52 which will accommodate Applicant\342\200\231s request for 96 children. A second visit will be conducted for an indoor and outdoor inspection. An exit interview was conducted with Eliza Enbom, Director. LPA provided director with appeal rights and a copy of this report.
