Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tatiana Bickham conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) Visit on 5/19/2026 at 11:05 AM . Upon arrival, LPA met with Director Uranus Noorzay who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. There were 27 preschool children being supervised by 3 staff and 6 infants being supervised by 2 staff. The children were observed napping at the time of visit. LPA explained the purpose of today’s visit. During a facility inspection conducted on 4/22/26, the following deficiencies were issued; Type A - 101439.1(f) / Infant Care Sleeping Equipment (CCR) Type B- 101239.1(b)(3) / Napping Equipment (CCR) Type B - 101238(g) / Building and Grounds (CCR) Type B - 101227(a)(15 ) / Food Service (CCR) Type B - 1596.841 / Roster (HSC) 101439.1(f) - On 4/27/26 , the Director submitted the POC to LPA. 101239.1(b)(3) - During today's inspection , LPA observed one side of the sleeping mats to be marked. 101238(g) - During today's inspection , LPA did not observe any cleaning supplies in the children's restroom or accessible to children in care. 101227(a)(15) - During today's inspection , LPA observed the refrigerators to have the required temperatures. 1596.841- During today's inspection , LPA observed a complete roster. The deficiencies noted above have all been cleared and no further action is needed. The Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.Exit interview was conducted with the Director and Appeals Rights provided.
