Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On 1/8/2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Amelia Morales and Decondia Ferguson conducted an unannounced case management site visit to this facility to inspect the property. LPAs were greeted by Licensee Arsen Hovhannisyan and Licensees spouse Naira Gevorgyan, also present in the home was Licensees mother. A census was taken there were 8 children during the time of the visit. LPAs conducted an inspection of the licensed childcare property after observing a separate studio structure located at the rear of the premises. The studio is situated on the same property as the childcare facility. However, it does not have direct access to the licensed childcare. The studio is physically separated by a fence. It does not share entry points or pathways with the childcare space. Photos were taken at the time of the visit. Additionally, the licensees confirmed they do not have access to the back portion of the property where the studio is located. LPAs requested an updated facility sketch, Licensees agreed to submit a new facility sketch. The licensee phoned the landlord to gain access to the studio. However, the landlord was unavailable at the time. The landlord requested to schedule the visit for a different day. LPAs agreed t o conduct a follow-up visit to inspect the studio once access is arranged. LPAs inquired with the landlord regarding an updated landlord agreement. The landlord agreed to provide the revised version of the agreement. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee Arsen Hovhannisyan.
